Welcome to InvestmentDashboard

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Owen Liu (hereinafter "we" or "us"). Please read these Terms carefully.

By using this Application, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Application.

1. Definitions

• "Application" or "Service": Refers to the InvestmentDashboard iOS application and all its related features
• "User" or "You": Refers to the individual or entity using this Application
• "Content": Refers to all data you create, upload, or store in the Application
• "Subscription": Refers to the monthly paid premium feature subscription service

2. Service Description

2.1 Feature Overview

InvestmentDashboard provides the following features:

• Client Management: Manage client profiles and contact information
• Asset Management: Track various investment assets (stocks, bonds, deposits, etc.)
• Insurance Management: Manage insurance policies and calculators
• Data Analysis: Visual charts and reports
• iCloud Sync: Cross-device data synchronization

2.2 Service Availability

• We strive to provide stable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform regular maintenance and updates
• Some features may require internet connection or iCloud account

3. Subscription Service

3.1 Subscription Plans

• Free Trial: 1-month free trial
• Monthly Plan: NT$100 per month after trial period
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

3.2 Subscription Terms

3.2.1 Free Trial

• New users can enjoy a 1-month free trial
• All features are available during the free trial
• Billing begins 24 hours before trial ends unless you cancel
• Each user can only use the free trial once

3.2.2 Payment and Billing

• Payment is processed through your Apple ID account
• Charges will be made to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscription will automatically renew 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before the current period ends

3.2.3 Canceling Subscription

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation method: iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > InvestmentDashboard > Cancel Subscription
• After cancellation, you can still use the service until the end of the current period
• Cancellation will not refund fees already paid for the current period

3.3 Price Changes

• We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time
• Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance
• Existing subscribers will not be affected by price changes during their current subscription period
• Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of new prices

3.4 Refund Policy

• All subscription fees are processed through the Apple App Store
• Refund requests must follow Apple's refund policy
• We do not process refunds directly; please contact Apple Support

4. User Account and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Requirements

• You must have a valid Apple ID to use this Application
• You must be at least 18 years old or use with legal guardian consent
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID account

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application
• This license is for personal or internal business use only
• You may not resell, rent, or sublicense the Application

6. Disclaimers

6.1 As-Is Service

• This Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service
• We do not guarantee that data will never be lost

6.2 Financial Advice Disclaimer

6.3 Third-Party Services

• The Application relies on Apple's iCloud and other services
• We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services
• Third-party service interruptions may affect Application functionality

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Damage Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption
• Our total liability does not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the past 12 months

7.2 Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation or exclusion of liability; in such cases, the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Service Termination

8.1 Termination by You

• You can stop using the Application at any time
• Deleting the Application terminates use
• After canceling subscription, you can still use until the end of the current period

8.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access in the following situations:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in illegal activities
• Your actions endanger other users or the service
• Long-term non-payment of subscription fees

8.3 Consequences of Termination

• After termination, you will not be able to access subscription features
• Your data remains on your device and iCloud
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from termination

9. Changes and Updates

9.1 Terms Changes

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Significant changes will be notified within the Application or via email
• Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of new Terms

9.2 Application Updates

• We may regularly release updates and new features
• Some updates may require you to update your iOS version
• We may discontinue support for older versions of the Application

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

10.2 Dispute Resolution

• Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through friendly negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes should be submitted to Taiwanese courts
• You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Taiwanese courts

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain valid.

11.3 No Waiver

Our failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

11.4 Assignment

• You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent
• We may freely assign our rights and obligations
